Total Staff Services are currently recruiting a Sales Administrator on behalf of one of our clients based in Bromborough. Were looking for a candidate with proven experience within a similar role.

You will be the first point of contact for customer queries regarding products, orders and deliveries as well as providing support for the internal sales team. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of customer service as well as excellent organizational skills. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who would like to join a growing manufacturing team!

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 0830-1730 Monday to Thursday and an early finish at 1530 on Fridays!

Salary: £24,000 - £25,500 P/A with a review following successful completion of your probation period.

Key Duties:

Processing orders via email or phone and update the system.

Checking data accuracy for orders and invoices.

Contacting clients to obtain missing information.

Dealing with any customer and supplier queries.

Liaising with the other departments to ensure timely customer deliveries.

Maintain and update sales and customer records.

Communicating important feedback from customers internally.

Including dealing with complaints efficiently.

Inputting customer orders on Microsoft NAV.

Monitoring the sales inbox responding to email enquiries in a timely manner.

Attending production meetings where necessary to advise of any stock issues or transport queries.

Supporting sales team with all administration.

Provide support to Key Account Manager for key clients.

Stay up-to-date with new products and features.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent.

Hands on experience with ERP & CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).

Understanding of sales performance metrics.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

A team player with high level of dedication.

Ability to work under strict deadlines.

Confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
