Total Staff Services are currently recruiting a Senior Conveyancer for one of our clients based in Birkenhead. Key tasks in this position include undertaking all aspects of the conveyancing process, supervising and delegating work to the rest of the team.
Salary: £34,000 P/A to £38,000 P/A depending on experience.
Shifts: 0900 1700, Monday to Friday.
Job Responsibilities:
Head up a Team of 3, working with and supervising a Conveyancer and Conveyancing Assistant.
Responsible for allocation of work within the Team.
Responsibility for all files opened under their name, for completions and achieving financial target set for the year.
Responsible for development and progression of the Conveyancer and Conveyancing Assistant.
Awareness and involvement of business development.
Identify training needs within the Team.
Requirements:
Thorough knowledge and experience of dealing with all aspects of Conveyancing.
