We are currently seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our client's team and contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of their properties.

Role Overview:
As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our student accommodation premises in Central London. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a clean, tidy, and inviting environment for our residents, supporting their overall well-being and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Sanitization: Perform cleaning tasks in resident rooms, common areas, and shared facilities, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Linen and Laundry Management: Collect, launder, and distribute bed linens, towels, and other laundry items according to established procedures. Ensure that clean linens are stocked in sufficient quantities.
Waste Management: Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables from designated areas, ensuring compliance with waste disposal regulations and maintaining cleanliness standards.

Room Preparation: Prepare resident rooms for new arrivals, ensuring that they are clean, well-stocked, and equipped with essential amenities.
Inventory Control: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and amenities as needed. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and usage.
Reporting and Maintenance: Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Assist in coordinating repairs and maintenance tasks as required.

Requirements:
Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or a similar role, preferably within the hospitality or accommodation industry.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Ability to work efficiently and independently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and respond to resident needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with residents and colleagues.
Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning and sanitation practices.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
