About the Role:
Total Staff Services, on behalf of our client a well-established printing company based in the Wirral are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a customer-focused attitude to join a supportive team, with flexible hours and the potential to progress from part-time to full-time.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face.
Provide advice on printing products, services, and pricing.
Process orders accurately and liaise with the production team to ensure deadlines are met.
Maintain strong customer relationships by delivering excellent service.
Handle queries and resolve issues in a professional, timely manner.
Keep records and systems up to date.
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable but not essential.
Excellent communication skills and a confident, approachable manner.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.
Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, email, databases).
Knowledge of or interest in printing/design would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.
