Position Overview: We are currently seeking 2 dedicated General Labours to join our client's team based in Ellesmere Port. As a General Labour, you will play a vital role in supporting the steel galvanising process, ensuring the efficient operation of the facility and the timely completion of projects.
Salary, Shifts and Benefits:
Competitive pay rate of 13.11 per hour.
Working Hours 06.00-14.00 AND 14.00- 22.00 rotating shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and handling of steel materials for the galvanising process.
Operate machinery and equipment under the guidance of experienced operators.
Perform general labour tasks such as lifting, carrying, and stacking materials.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Follow all health and safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Collaborate with team members to complete tasks on schedule and meet production targets.
Adhere to quality standards and inspection procedures to ensure the integrity of finished products.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role or industrial environment is preferred but not essential.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Flexibility to work shifts as required.
