Total Staff is supporting a leading provider of student accommodation committed to maintaining high standards in our facilities. We are currently seeking a skilled Facilities Team Member with a strong emphasis on plumbing to join our team in Liverpool.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of plumbing systems in our student accommodation facilities.

Respond promptly to plumbing-related issues reported by residents or identified during routine inspections.

Perform general facilities maintenance duties, including electrical work, carpentry, and other tasks as required.

Conduct regular inspections of plumbing systems and equipment, identifying and resolving potential issues proactively.

Collaborate with the facilities team to address larger maintenance projects and ensure timely completion.

Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.

Utilize a company vehicle to travel to Bath one day a week for work-related tasks.

Requirements:

Proven experience in facilities maintenance, with a strong emphasis on plumbing.

Relevant qualifications or certifications in plumbing.

A valid driving license is essential for the use of the company vehicle.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Salary:

The salary for this position is in the range of 30,000 to 36,000 per annum.
