About the Role

Total Staff Services, on behalf of our client a leading student accommodation provider in Bath are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Student Experience Manager.

This is a key role within the accommodation team, responsible for ensuring students have the best possible experience during their stay. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage resident engagement activities, and ensure the delivery of excellent service standards in a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for residents, providing guidance and support throughout their stay.

Manage the on-site team to deliver excellent customer service and a welcoming environment.

Organise and deliver a varied programme of social, wellbeing, and community-building events.

Ensure compliance with health & safety, safeguarding, and accommodation policies.

Handle escalated issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Work with the facilities team to ensure accommodation is well-maintained and secure.

Maintain accurate records, reporting regularly on occupancy, student satisfaction, and service delivery.

Build positive relationships with local universities and partners.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in student accommodation, hospitality, or property management (essential).

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational abilities.

Customer-focused, with a friendly and professional manner.

Ability to plan and deliver events that engage a diverse student population.

Knowledge of health & safety, safeguarding, or compliance procedures desirable.

IT literate (Microsoft Office, CRM/databases).
